1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 8–11 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 9–13 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free of charge, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email info@veisp.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
